1. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, or payment details) will only be used to process your order, respond to your inquiries, keep you updated about events and new releases and improve our services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Events

At Charcoal and Chops, we take great pride in reserving your special date and dedicating our team and resources to making your event a success. Once your booking is confirmed, we often turn down other catering opportunities for the same day. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, so our policy offers flexibility when notice is provided in advance.

Deposits

A deposit of [30–50%] is required to confirm your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover planning, preparation, and the loss of other potential bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 90+ days prior to the event: Deposit refundable minus a 10% administration fee.

  • 30–89 days prior to the event: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days prior to the event: No refunds will be issued, as stock, staffing, and scheduling have already been committed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, deposits can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) if notice is given at least 60 days before the original event date.

We encourage all clients to review these terms carefully before booking. By securing your event with a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Delivery & Collection

Orders are delivered and or picked up within agreed timeframes. Please ensure someone is available to receive deliveries. Any delays due to incorrect addresses or absence will not be the responsibility of Charcoal and Chops. We endeavour to be on time in all our dealings and if we ever miss it we will look for a way to compensate you.

4. Allergies & Dietary Information

We take food safety seriously, but please note our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. Customers must inform us of any allergies when placing an order. Charcoal and Chops is not liable for reactions caused if full information is not provided. 

5. Food Safety

As part of our strict food safety procedures, we may begin the cooling and refrigeration process before delivery to ensure your food remains safe during transport. This may require reheating upon arrival, but it guarantees that your order is delivered in a food-safe condition rather than at unsafe holding temperatures.

6. Terms of Service

By ordering from Charcoal and Chops, you agree to our terms, including payment, cancellation, and delivery policies. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
